Welcome to Car Rental Taxi Service Bodhgaya. By submitting a booking request on our website or booking via WhatsApp/phone, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Service Scope

We provide passenger taxi and car rental services originating primarily from Gaya and Bodhgaya to destinations across India. Booking requests for custom pickup locations across India are accepted subject to vehicle availability, route feasibility, and advance confirmation.

2. Booking Confirmation & Fare Quotes

• Submitting a web form or opening WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed booking.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after our representative confirms vehicle availability, pickup schedule, and agreed fare.
• Rates displayed as "Fare on Request" represent custom or unconfirmed routes where final quotation is provided upon request.

3. Travel Conditions & Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must carry valid government photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID) during the journey.
• For cross-border trips to Nepal (Lumbini, Sunauli, Raxaul), passengers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents, identity proofs, and adhering to customs and immigration requirements.
• Luggage carried must comply with legal standards and vehicle capacity limits. Hazardous, illegal, or contraband items are strictly prohibited.

4. Delays & Unforeseen Events

While our drivers make every effort to arrive on time, we are not liable for delays caused by heavy traffic, highway construction, strikes, severe weather, natural calamities, mechanical breakdowns, or border customs delays.
