We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation rules are fair and straightforward.

1. Cancellation Notification

To cancel or reschedule your ride, please inform us as early as possible by calling or messaging our official contact number +91 98019 82453.

2. Notice Guidelines

• Local & Airport/Station Transfers: Cancellations made at least 4 hours prior to scheduled pickup incur no cancellation charge.
• Outstation Journeys: Cancellations made at least 12 hours prior to scheduled departure incur no cancellation penalty.
• Late Cancellations / Cab Dispatched: If the vehicle has already been dispatched to your pickup location, minimum driver conveyance charges may apply.

Note: Specific commercial group packages may have tailored cancellation terms specified upon quotation.
